Terms & Conditions

By using Trellis Pilates’ website, booking classes, or purchasing memberships or class packs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

• All classes must be booked in advance through our scheduling platform.

• Class availability is limited and subject to change.

• Arriving late may result in denied entry for safety reasons, without refund.

• Classes must be canceled at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $10 fee.

• Fees may be waived at our discretion if you contact the studio and life happens — we get it.

• Memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) months.

• After the initial period, memberships may be canceled at any time with proper notice through your account.

• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Memberships automatically renew unless canceled.

• Members may freeze their membership up to 60 days, twice per year.

• Freeze requests must be submitted in advance.

• Class packs and credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Unused credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Class booking opens on a rolling 7-day window, unless otherwise stated for certain memberships or promotions.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other third-party processors.

• Trellis Pilates is not responsible for processing errors outside our control.

• By participating in classes, you acknowledge that Pilates involves physical activity and assume all risks.

• You agree that Trellis Pilates, its owners, and instructors are not liable for injuries or health issues resulting from participation.

• You confirm that you are physically able to participate and will inform instructors of any injuries or conditions.

• Trellis Pilates reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, pricing, and policies at any time.

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from class or termination of membership without refund.

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Trellis Pilates and may not be used without written permission.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
